Expedited Shipping & Handling:
$9.50 per shipment plus $1.05 per item; delivery between 3 to 5 business days (PO Box delivery ineligible)
Express Shipping & Handling:
$20.00 per shipment plus $1.55 per item; delivery between 2 to 3 business days (PO Box delivery ineligible)
Limited Same-day Shipping is available if the order is received by phone (only) at 1-800-972-0433 before 11:30 a.m. (Central), Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays). There will be an additional charge of $11.50 plus the actual shipping cost.
International Shipping & Handling:
$36.00 per shipment plus $7.00 per item; delivery between 7 to 14 business days
All our book shipments are insured. If your order doesn't arrive or is damaged in shipment, please contact customer service and include your account number, order number, and billing and shipping information. If your order is valued at $500 or more, your signature is required at delivery. This is to ensure that your order arrives on time and at the correct address. If it does not arrive, it can be replaced at no additional expense.
